It's -1 degrees here. MINUS ONE!!! (that's -18 Celsius) At least it's sunny, and the snow is all sparkly and pretty, so it *looks* like it's nice outside.

I am *very* grateful for heat and a snug house, and a good supply of tea and cocoa in the pantry ;-)

Gotta try to post at the "magical" 1-11-11 11:11 time.... Hope it works!

Was looking for something in the garage and found a box with an old pair of my skates. Didn't think anything of the label at the time, but today it gave me a much-needed giggle :-)

Finally the days will start getting longer. I understand why the pagans celebrated! No profound comments, just a huge sigh of relief.

I know it's silly, but my new mini computer mouse makes me happy. It's plum. Yep, *purple*! A nice change from the silver ones I've had until now.

Funny how some days it doesn't take much :-)
